The project aims to strengthen the business environment for craft enterprises in both countries by addressing key challenges. This includes tackling the local shortage of skilled workers and elevating the perception of the craft sector as a vital economic contributor through a targeted image campaign. Additionally, the project focuses on developing and implementing master craftsman qualifications in the hairdressing and textile industries, aligned with renowned German standards.

As part of the project, the Albanian Chamber of Crafts is being supported through the development and introduction of new services for its member companies, as well as by improving the image of the crafts sector. At the same time, the experiences from Albania are being shared with the Association of Crafts and Entrepreneurs of Prizren in Kosovo, establishing it as a recognized professional representative organization.
