As part of the Master Craftsman examination, four seminar sessions on Module III “Business Management” were conducted, with a strong focus on finance. Participants explored the essential role of finance in sustainable business growth, learning to calculate financial statements, manage liquidity, assess credit options, and plan investments wisely.
The seminars also covered key financial ratios, capital investment planning, and the creation of a business plan—not only as a tool to evaluate a company’s current position but also as a strategic guide for future growth and financing decisions. By the end of the course, participants gained practical skills to manage profit, capital needs, and business strategy effectively.
