On 15 November, a Training of Trainers (ToT) was held at Competence Center in Prizren as part of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project between Albania and Kosovo. The event was organized by HWK Koblenz in partnership with Oda of Prizren, DHKZ Albania, SHPPAT Association, New Generation Multifunctional Center and Competence Center in Prizren. The modular training program brought together vocational teachers and young professionals to enhance professional skills, teaching standards and service quality in this sector,.
Albanian experts from SHPATT association and the New Generation Multifunctional Center shared their professional experience, modern teaching techniques, and practical approaches, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
This initiative strengthened partnerships, raised vocational education standards, and marked a key step toward professionalizing the sector in Albania and Kosovo.
