Advancing Craftsmanship Through Collaboration: Bakery Info Session at ALTA Academy

On April 24th, ALTA Academy, in collaboration with the Albanian National Chamber of Crafts and the Chamber of Crafts Koblenz, organized a bakery and pastry info session for its students as part of the Chamber and Associations Partnership Project. The project aims to promote journeyman and master certification according to German standards and strengthen ties between Albanian National Chamber of Crafts and local partners. The event featured hands-on training for students, along with greeting speeches from Artur Duçkallari, President of Alta Group, Koli Sinjari, Head of the National Chamber of Crafts of Albania, and Gëzim Peshkëpia, Head of the Albanian Association of Bread, Pastries, and Dough.
