German Bread Days: Promoting Tradition, Quality, and Cross-Border Exchange

As part of the Chambers and Associations Partnership Project, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts (HWK) Koblenz, in cooperation with Alta Academy, the National Chamber of Crafts Albania (DHKZ), the Bread, Pastry and Dough Association of Albania, and the Oda of Prizren (Kosovo), successfully organized the German Bread Days from October 1–3 in Tirana.

During the seminars, renowned German master bakers Jens Stadtländer and Rainer Hahn conducted practical seminars for Albanian and Kosovar bakers and confectioners. The workshops focused on traditional German baking methods, recipes, and the high craftsmanship standards that characterize the German bakery and confectionery trade.

The seminars provided an excellent opportunity for professional exchange, vocational learning, and cultural appreciation, strengthening cooperation between Germany, Albania, and Kosovo.

This initiative marks another successful step in promoting German standards of craftsmanship and supporting international collaboration within the baking and confectionery sectors.
